CINAAR Senior Citizen Free Fresh Vegetable Program

There are many food banks and outlets where those that need food are able to obtain non-perishable food items at no cost, however, CINAAR is a 501c3 organization that provides free fresh vegetables locally for low-income senior citizens.
Fresh vegetables is one of the vital parts of senior citizen's healthy daily diet and over 8,000 a month go without fresh vegetables in the Spokane, Washington area alone.

CINAAR's goal is to distribute free fresh vegetables to low-income senior citizens.
CINAAR will deliver fresh vegetables weekly to each senior citizen center; Corbin, East Central, Southside, Hillyard, Mid-City, Sinto, Meals on Wheels and Spokane Valley Senior Center, other senior centers in the Spokane and Spokane Valley area may join the lists.

The funding for CINAAR's Senior Citizens Free Fresh Vegetable Program relies on donations and grants.
