Update

CINAAR has revised its shopping center project to become a Tourist Attraction. The location of the Tourist Attraction has not been decided but we do know it will be built in the Eastern Washington area. CINAAR is searching for 100 to 150 acres of land that will accommodate the project. After research CINAAR found that the need is much greater then we expected. The entire Eastern Washington area needs help due to the high poverty level in the Eastern Washington area, the Tourist Attraction will benefit this area providing funding for all nonprofit organizations in the Eastern Washington area that are in partnership with CINAAR.

We must strike back against the empire that ended affirmative action and instituted welfare reform.
